| Review: After a series of disappointments this summer (Spidey 3, Pirates 3, FF2) I'm not massively convinced of this, particularly the involvement of Michael Bay, on Despite good initial push Id seen. Well, how wrong was I? This movie really nails it, Bay does a great job, Shia LaBeouf is great, the script is (intentionally) hilarious and robots? Ahh, the robots! Theyre pretty uniform, set a new high-water mark for CGI and add what they need for this exciting trip. Speaking as a geek toy Transformers G1 (I can cite independent statistical mottos small cards on the boxes? And Megatron is my favorite) I am quite comfortable with the design and change vehicle you have done? the film is not a game, and it's not the 80s. Everyone should go watch this movie in order to ensure that they are doing good things and start prepping the sequel immediately! |
