| Review: I guess it is the same book review, as this film review. I went with a group of friends and was different yesterday morning. PG-13 film was 139 minutes. I will start my review by saying that it was over in an instant and left me wanting so more.Prior release, critics blasted the movie. He received an average 3.5 out of 10 stars on IMDB It made me afraid. Critics also kept comparing Veronica Roth and her novels Suzanne Collins and The Hunger Games. Scathing reviews said that divergent nowhere near as equally riveting as The Hunger Games. Stories are not similar. The only similarity I see it coming from a strong female teenage protagonist. Katniss is nothing like Beatrice (Tris)? I suppose, but it is also quite different; motivated by a unique set of circumstances. No, I have not changed my mind. In addition to the female and teenage protagonists and their trilogy - no other similarities. (Do not get me wrong. Hunger Games I enjoyed the book, and so far, the movies., I simply missed the point, why the two sets of books / films are compared. There is not one., And they should not be). Personally, if you have not read the book different and watch a movie, I suspect that the film will be difficult. Do not remove followable, just difficult.
