| Review: To view the original How to Train Your Dragon for the first time, I feel like a kid again, and it has since become one of my all time favorite movies, so when I got the chance to see this, I was a very worried because I was excited . In the past, some of the films I anticipated most turned out to be the biggest disappointment (the kingdom of the crystal skull - just to mention the worst), so I took a deep breath and tried to lower my expectations going into the film, which premiered at Cannes (but runs out of competition) has long history of being over-hyped and instead of mixed quality, to say the least (again, the kingdom of the crystal skull)? but it really neednt feared competition. Im glad to say that Dean Deblois has made a nice animated story that loses some of its predecessor's sense of fun and adventure, and this increases the hiccup and toothless trip to nutrient classic rock - and unexpectedly touching - the coming-of-age stori.Vhile more colorful, playful and visually it all (I mean that in a good way), below is a ton of people-notably darker and more mature themes are prevalent. The authors made some (for Hollywood movies) unusually bold decisions in what Hiccup is a very harsh reality of life; especially the danger of over-humanization of pets and forget their animal nature. Small children may be better to stay away when the film is also quite a bit more scary than the original.
