Review: The film Pompeii was obviously thought up and walked around in the 3D effects. The plot, acting, and script should be all we were after-thoughts of 3D balls of fire shoot at screen 3D ash floating in front of your eyes, and 3D objects to be passed around by tidal waves.It was watchable, but dont be waiting, fabulous plot you havent seen dozens of times in other good film. The bad writing, most of the cast comes off sounding like a lifeless tree statues say and do very incredible things just to keep the story going. It was all very predictable. So predictable, in fact, there were a few times I could swear I saw it sooner! This was a good example of why I typically do not do so 3D movies. To have some great 3D effects are not a valid excuse for making a bad movie! It could certainly be much better!
